The process begins by using the campaign configurator – a chatbot on the Data AI Campaign website that will guide you step-by-step. You provide a description of your product/service or a link to your offer. Our AI algorithms will analyze the data to identify the best target audience. You can accept or modify the proposed segmentation. During the configuration, you provide the message content, delivery dates, and necessary information for processing the request. You can make changes to the content or segmentation in the summary by editing specific elements. After submitting the request, you will receive an email confirmation, and within 2 business days, our team will review your submission. Specialists from Nuvola Cloud Solutions and Orange Polska will check the dates, content, and size of the database corresponding to your segmentation. Any suggested changes and recommendations will be sent to you via email. After accepting or modifying them, you will be able to place the order.

After placing the order, you will receive an email confirmation and a Proforma invoice with a payment due date the next day. To maintain the delivery schedule, please pay for the campaign by the next day; otherwise, the schedule may change. If additional verification of the payment sender is required, we will contact you. Once the payment is received, you will get a confirmation email. We will inform you about the campaign’s execution, the number of messages sent, and if your selected package includes it – you will receive a report. After the campaign is completed, you will receive a VAT invoice. We are available via email – simply reply to one of our messages.

Using the campaign configurator is free of charge and additionally allows you to quickly and conveniently design how your offer will look to the customer. After configuring the campaign and getting approval from Orange Polska, followed by your final approval and placing the order, you will receive a Proforma invoice. Only then will we ask for payment.

The packages differ in budget, the maximum number of campaign recipients, available segmentation criteria, and the level of detail in the campaign summary and reports you receive after the campaign. The higher the package, the more criteria will be available to you. The most extensive set of criteria you can utilize is available in the Custom package. In campaigns, you can create and send SMS or MMS messages (depending on the selected package). Starting from the Standard package, you can also send email messages. You prepare the content of the message yourself to best advertise your product.

Of course. We have designed a universal email template, which is visible in the message creation preview. We can also use your template or design a different one specifically for you (as an additional service) to increase the effectiveness of your campaign’s message.

Adding a link to your website is important as it helps promote your offer. It allows you to easily gather and collect email addresses or phone numbers of individuals/companies interested in your products in one place. If you don’t have a website, landing page (a subpage collecting interested parties for your offer), or CRM (which collects information about your customers), we can assist you at every stage. The configurator will guide you through the submission process, allowing you to fill in all the information as you go. However, to make the process even smoother, it’s helpful to prepare the following information in advance: what product or service you want to promote (based on this data, our algorithms will suggest audience segmentation), information about your competitors and their websites, a graphic in a square format for sending MMS messages, a graphic for sending email campaigns, an initial idea for the messages (including the sender’s name, the title/subject of the message, and the message content), and the planned send date.
